Service
TRC Brand Studio provides a brand composition assistant, previews, and digital files according to the selected plan. The description, generation count, delivered formats, currency, and total price are shown before ordering.
Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, protect your access, and be authorized to enter into the agreement for the covered business or project. You are responsible for activity in your account.
Order, price and delivery
Paid plans are one-time purchases offered in CAD or USD. Each plan purchase applies to one specific project and is charged at the displayed full price; no prorated difference is applied when a higher plan is purchased. Applicable taxes, currency, and total are shown before confirmation. The contract is formed when payment is accepted; exports then become available in the project.
Studio series and AI credits
Studio suggestions and AI images are separate services. Each new account receives one trial credit once. This trial produces one image only and requires your consent, before submission, to its anonymous publication in the Studio library; it does not earn a contribution reward. One paid AI image or edit costs one credit, and a four-image batch costs four credits. Credits are reserved when the job starts and automatically returned if the technical job fails. Credits belong to the account wallet; credit packs grant no export rights.
Studio contributions
You may submit only an unused AI direction that is not reserved for your brand. Submission requires explicit consent and remains private until moderated. Acceptance adds 0.5 credit to the account wallet and allows TRC to offer the vectorized shape as a non-exclusive resource to other users. Generic themes, such as clouds, are not reserved; similarity controls target only near-identical graphic copies.
Support requests
Support is available directly inside the account without external email. The customer and authorized staff may reply in the thread. Customers may close their own request; staff may change its status, resolve it, or close it when work is complete. A closed request remains visible in the account history.
Refunds and license

User responsibility
You must verify that names, symbols, taglines, and supplied content do not infringe third-party rights. Previews and mockups do not guarantee trademark availability or registration.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass limits, access another person’s account, disrupt the service, or use it to produce unlawful content. An account may be suspended to protect the service or comply with law.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available and files consistent with their description, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. Nothing limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Québec and Canada, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
