Commercial license
After payment of the applicable plan, TRC Brand Studio grants you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the project exports in the covered brand’s communications, products, packaging, advertising, and digital presence.
Reserved AI symbols
When you prepare an AI image for the editor, that version is marked reserved within TRC Brand Studio and is not offered as a community contribution. This internal reservation reduces near-identical graphical reuse in the service, but is not a guarantee of legal exclusivity, absolute uniqueness, or registrability.
Working with suppliers
You may provide the files to employees, printers, developers, and agencies only to produce material for this brand. You remain responsible for their use.
Restrictions
- Do not resell or distribute symbols or templates as a standalone asset library.
- Do not use watermarked free previews commercially.
- Do not present the underlying library as your own generation tool.
Uniqueness and trademarks
The license does not guarantee that a name, generic motif, or symbol is unique, registrable, or free of prior rights. Availability searches and, when appropriate, professional advice remain your responsibility before filing a trademark.
Fonts
The bundled fonts come from Google Fonts and are distributed under the SIL Open Font License. Text-based SVG files require the listed font; outlined SVG and PNG files preserve the appearance without installation.
