From account settings, the “Download” button creates a JSON file containing your account, projects, orders, AI data, and support requests. Passwords and sessions are excluded.

Correction or question

You can correct your first and last name directly in your account. To exercise another right, identify the account email and the nature of the request. Identity verification may be required. privacy@therisingcloud.com
