Data collected
We collect name, email, hashed password, brand projects, export settings, orders, and technical logs needed for security. TRC Brand Studio does not store full card data.
Use
This information is used to provide the studio, save projects, enforce plans, deliver files, support users, prevent abuse, and meet accounting and legal obligations.
Providers and transfers
Hosting, database, payment processing, and, when enabled, external generation may be entrusted to providers. Only the required data is shared, subject to service contracts and settings.
AI generation
When you request an image, the creative brief and, for an edit, the source image are sent to OpenAI to perform the request. Account name, email, and payment data are not included in the prompt. Paid generations remain private unless voluntarily contributed. The image created with the free trial credit is vectorized, anonymized, and published in Studio only after explicit consent displayed before the request.
Voluntary contributions
An unused image may be submitted only with your explicit consent. It is then vectorized, tagged descriptively, separated from your public identity, and reviewed by moderation. You may request removal of a contribution; previously awarded credits and creations already exported by other users may not be retroactively revoked.
Internal support
Support request subjects, messages, statuses, and dates are stored in your account to provide a private conversation with authorized staff. They are not sent through external email. Support and Administration group members may access them as needed to handle the request.
Retention and security
Temporary files are deleted according to the configured retention period. Account and project data is kept while the account remains active; transaction records may be kept longer where legally required. Passwords are hashed, sessions are protected, and administrative access is restricted.
Cookies and sessions
The site uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. The current version does not require advertising cookies.
Your rights
