Before download
If no paid file has been downloaded, you may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase. We will verify the delivery state associated with the project.
Credit packs
A credit pack grants no export rights. A cancellation request may be reviewed while none of that pack’s credits have been used. On refund or dispute, remaining available credits are removed from the wallet; already consumed credits may require a manual account review.
Defective or non-conforming files
If an archive is unreadable, incomplete, or does not match the confirmed plan, contact us within 30 days. We will first provide corrected files; if that is not possible, a full or partial refund will be assessed.
Exclusions
A change of mind after download, a font not installed on your device, or refusal of a trademark application does not automatically make the service defective. Your statutory rights remain applicable.
Request a review
Send the order reference, project name, and a description of the issue through the account’s internal support. For a general billing question: billing@therisingcloud.com. When approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method.
